A backpack closing, the fabric rustling. Could be used as an inventory sound in a game, or just as a cloth sound. This is one of my first sound recordings and is how i got into recording. Closing a wooden door in my apartment, somewhat aggressively. This was recorded in stereo with two matched akg c568 b microphones, going into a sound devices 633 recorder. Audio was trimmed in adobe audition with a very gentle high-pass filter. Sound two of two.

Open and closing a hamster cage: from the the sound you could't think this is a hamster cage. It sounds like a metal cage opening and closing a few times. Recorded using the zoomh4n and the rode ntg1 condenser shotgun microphone. No processing was done to this sound.
